If you are interested in playing Muttz, the following Terms and Conditions must be adhered to.
Violation of any rules will result in punishment as deemed appropriate by the Muttz staff.General Code of Conduct
Children under 13 must have permission from a parent or a guardian in order to play. Muttz cannot moderate all parental issues. The site will not be held responsible to monitor all irresponsible behaviour which may offend younger audiences.
English is the only permissible language on the site. You may insert phrases or mention words of foreign language, but you cannot communicate in any other languages but English for your duration on Muttz.
Harassment, vulgar language and profanity is prohibited.
Use of copyrighted material and "hot-linking" is not allowed.
Hacking, injections, auto-refreshers, external scripts or any form of harming the site will result in an immediate ban from the site. Cheating is prohibited.
No issues may be raised on Muttz that may deliberately harm or hurt a player's feelings. Discussion of inappropriate topics, including, but not limited to, pornography, politics, and religion, although politics are allowed to an extent. Mail is an options players may use to converse among each other privately if any of those topics are covered.
- use of abbreviations is permitted on the site, but does not include consistent use of "chat speak"
- refrain from excessive capitalization, punctuation and bright colors which deter other users
- severe defiance may eventually lead to suspensions and bans from the site's forum and chatroom
You must report any found errors or glitches immediately by contacting one of the administrators to get it fixed right away. Muttz does not stand for players abusing 'bugs'.
Should you decide to sell or give something to a player on this site and you wish to get it back, they have every right to refuse your offer because the deal has been sealed. Muttz will not, in this case, refund or reimburse you in any way.
You are solely responsible of your own actions. Muttz will not be held liable or anyone else for any crude behavior.
Accounts and Possessions
Anyone found with more than one account will have their extra accounts taken away, if you already have one account you may not have a shared account. We will not hesitate to ban all your accounts if deemed necessary. Remember, it's one account per person.
Account-sharing, knowing the username and password to an account, is discouraged but tolerated. Muttz will in no way be held responsible for stolen possessions including the account itself if this happens. This is a risk you're taking, we strongly advise you not to share accounts.
Accounts may not be sold or traded in foreign site currency. Accounts can be transferred to users or traded between existing Muttz players.
Upgraded accounts will not receive special treatment. All accounts are treated equally. Moderators and administrators have the right to ban//restrict/fine your account.
Muttz items or currency cannot be sold for real life currency. Muttz currency may be traded for other website currency, providing that the other website allows such trading. Again, in this case, Muttz will not oversee such transactions, not be held responsible for stolen property and will not refund any such possessions.
Please note that privileges are privileges. Not rights. They can be taken away at any time for any reason without explanation being necessary.
Muttz reserves the right to shut down temporarily, shut down permanently or be sold at any given time without the consent or notice of its players for any reason.
Administrators and moderators will have the power to reset and delete user descriptions, names, posts, or anything that is rule forbidding. Accounts that have been inactive for at least over a year will be subjected to being re-used in the future without consent.
All ideas, art, coding, text and scripts on the site belong to and are therefore copyrighted by Muttz. You may not steal or manipulate any of our belongings without consent, failure to comply will result in heavy fines and penalties.
By signing up, you have agreed to allow Muttz collect your IP address and any details you provide during registration and time of login. Only information required to ensure a smooth-running website will be collected. Information will not be passed onto any third parties without the player’s consent. If at any time, legal action needs to be taken against the player, Muttz reserves the right to give necessary information up to the correct authorities.
There will be no donation refunds.
Muttz does not associate with, nor are sponsored by any other businesses. Any use of a reference to a trademark made on offical Mz documents is just a reference and bares no link with the business itself.
Muttz holds the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any point in time without notice.
